Senators Rumors: 3 Possible Landing Spots for Jakob Chychrun

Leading up to the 2024 NHL Trade Deadline, Jakob Chychrun was one of the top players who were discussed in trade chatter. In the end, the Ottawa Senators did not move him, but trade talks are expected to resume during the offseason. The star defender is entering the final season of his deal and could be made expendable because of it. Thus, let's go over three teams who could look to add him during the summer now.

Philadelphia Flyers: The Philadelphia Flyers have been a great story this season and could look to bring in talent during the offseason because of it. They were one of the several teams connected to Chychrun at the deadline, and he would be a great defenseman to build around.

Los Angeles Kings: The Los Angeles Kings have long been linked to Chychrun. It is clear that they like the player, and it is understandable when noting that he is an excellent two-way defenseman. With that, they desperately need help on their left side, which he would provide if acquired.

St. Louis Blues: The St. Louis Blues are another club to watch when it comes to Chychrun. They have been connected to him in the past, and they really could use a top-four, left-shot defenseman on their roster. With that, he would offer them help on both of their special-team units because of his strong two-way play.
